USABILITY ANALYSIS OF DEFINED FLOWS
Unlike the previous heuristic analysis, whose goal is to discover frequent the usability issues of the store, following the most popular in-store paths of predefined personas enables us to see which customer segments have the most challenges while completing their goals.
