Martina Kolak

As an HR assistant here at Inchoo, Martina is in charge of diagnosing our organizational climate! Her long-term goal is to improve employees’ working conditions and enhance their further development. To do that, she often has to “nag” her coworkers with various questionnaires and get them talking in interviews to feel how the workplace breathes.

She has a master’s degree in Psychology, and she’s on her way to getting a second one in Media and PR! She became familiar with the IT world by volunteering in the student association IAESTE. Her interest in this industry did not fade away over the years as she even wrote a final thesis on “Quality of life and job satisfaction of IT employees.” That means she can finally put all her theoretical knowledge into practice!

Being a curious people person, the role involving human resources is perfect for our Martina. Before joining Inchoo, she worked in a high school as an educational psychologist. Prior to that, you could meet her while she did many of her volunteering work and student jobs.

She likes to stay active in her spare time, from traveling and exploring to exercising. She’s been training karate for over 20 years, of which she’s been a coach for the last few. When it comes to movies, her favorite ones are based on a true story and (you would not believe this) the ones with a psychological theme.
